Bank mortgages are not yet available in North Cyprus however many developers offer easy payment terms or loans. Loans can be available for periods up to 20 years on selected properties.
If the property you decide on is off plan then the developer will normally offer a staged payment plan in line with the build schedule. Some developers may offer a combination of staged payments followed by a loan for the balance.
We always work with you to ensure the payment terms are acceptable and will negotiate with the developer on your behalf.
